- Our company runs a strict no smoking policy in all our apartments.
- Minimum booking of 2 days applies , we cannot guarantee the location with short stay bookings though the agreed rate is assured.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM , should you need check-out later please contact our representative.
- For extensions to bookings please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your request.
- Cancellations 48 hours before arrival are not subject to any charge, otherwise the fee is one night accommodation rate.
- The rate for one bedroom apartments covers a maximum of 3 persons and 4 persons in two bedrooms apartments. A supplement of 10 Euros will be charged for each additional persons per day

Cleaning services are not available on public holidays these includes Christmas , boxing day as well as Easter Sunday and Monday.
- An inventory is taken prior to each booking and after check-out, any broken or damaged items will be replaced and added to your bill.
- Our apartments are not be used to accommodation purpose only , Agentia H prohibits and other activity that does not comply with Romanian Law.

You have neighbours , please respect them by keeping noise level to a minimum.
- No pets allowed in any of our properties.
- Should your chosen apartment be not available due the maintenance issues Agentia H will provide you with a similar or upgrade apartment at no cost .
- Agentia H assumes no liability for lost or stolen items from your apartment during your stay, please ensure your door is locked when you are out.
- Our company will no disclose your personal information to 3rd party companies.
- This Agreement is governed under Romanian Law. Both parties here by agree to be bound by this agreement. Any disputes will be settled in accordance with Romanian law.
