- Our company not agree to smoke inside the apartments.
- The minimum booking period is 2 days. In case of 2 days booking we guarantee the apartment and the confirmed rate but not the specific apartment.
- Every room must be vacated by 12:00 on the morning . If you wish to leave at another time, please ask the administrator or your representative.
- To confirm extend your booking you must contact us 48 hours before.
- Cancellation permited 48 hours before day of arrival without any charge. Cancellation fee: first night accommodation rate.
- For one bedroom apartments there are allowed maximum 3 persons and for two bedrooms apartments there are allowed maximum 4 persons. In case of a larger number of customers an extra tax of Euro 10 / day / person will apply. For using expandable coach an extra bed tax of Euro 10/day will apply.

During Cristmas Day, Easter Day and Sunday, cleaning and laundry services are not available.
- Keep in good condition all inventory objects in the apartment. In case of breaking or destroying an object, the amount of the damage shall be charged.
- The apartment is for accommodation only, it may not be used for other purposes that do not comply with Romanian Law.

Respect and maintain your neighbor's right to intimacy and silence. No pets allowed.
- Our company reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category, apartment but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.
- In case of a robbery, persons and personal property of the apartments customers are not covered or included in the apartment rate. During your stay please keep the entrance door of the apartment locked.
- Our company is not allowed to use in other purpose than your interest your personal information. Your e-mail address, contact and personal data will not be revealed to anyone without your permission.
- This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
